Event Details

A year on from last year's very successful event at Fazeley Studios, Be2camp Brum 2010 will once again be an 'unconference' about social media, digital tools and the built environment. It will be held at Birmingham Library Theatre, on 12 August 2010 from 12.00 - 8.00pm

Central Library, Birmingham

We'll update this page with more details as we head closer to the event, but in the meantime take a look at the be2camp web page for a full list of last year's speakers and their presentations: Be2camp Brum 2009

Part of the agenda this year will aim to explore the possibilities for the new Library of Birmingham building and discuss how digital tools might change the way we experience a 21st century library.

The speakers and topics confirmed so far are as follows:

Introduction to Library of Birmingham Project

We hope that the lunch time start and late finish will encourage a more social affair in collaboration with the nearest pub in the evening, also allowing people to join us later in the day after office hours.

We'll make a start with presentations around 12:30pm, running on until around 6:30pm, then on to the bar for some 'networking'.
